  Very upset about our lunch reservation arrangement at the 5 Palms Restaurant of this hotel March 2018. We called 1 hour before noon and specifically requested good view seating for our group of 8 when reservations were not even required. To our disappointment we didn't get good seating yet the good seats were vacant. Restaurant manager says our table was the only one available even though there were 2 view tables for 4 that could have been combined for our group. I was not happy at all. Specially because we are repeat customers at least 2x eating there when we visit 2x or 3x per year. Poor customer service specially because no apologies were given. Don't think I'll be back.
